A large abalone pearl is set into a golden cap at the top which has organic granulation with wire work and a golden arm on each side to attach a chain or necklace. The bottom of the pearl is also capped with granulated gold and dangles three South Sea black pearls. The back is covered in gold with granulation and wire work and features nine bezel set star sapphires of various colors.
